Nepal Girls Care Centre

Nepal Girls Care Center (NGCC) is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political Non Government Organization (NGO). It is a social welfare organization that is dedicated to help teenage orphan girls to establish themselves in society after they leave the protective environment of Bal Mandir Orphanage, which is operated by Nepal Children's Organization (NCO). Since its inception, NGCC has supported 99 girls. NGCC is the pioneering organization in this field in Nepal. In 1998, NGCC started operating a handicraft Production Center in New Baneshwor as one of its activities for the needy and interested girls supported through the organization. Eight full-time in-house producers at NGCC's Production Center produce a range of educational materials, Christmas accessories, doll accessories, wooden items etc.
