Health and Safety Workshop
A two-day Health and Safety Workshop was organized for the wood carving group on February 6 and 7, 2025, in Bhaktapur. The workshop focused on safety practices, ergonomics, and the proper use of wood carving tools and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries during the production process, aiming to enhance safety awareness and best practices among participants.
This initiative is supported by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) as part of the project "Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Communities through Livelihood Training and Entrepreneurship Support."
