Pulp Operator Training
A two-day Pulp Operator Training was held at the village level in Thula Durlung on November 21 and 22, 2024, for Coffee Producers. The training focused on enhancing participants' skills in the operation and maintenance of equipment used in the pulp-making process, with the goal of ensuring efficient and safe production. This initiative is expected to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, raise safety standards, and enhance the overall quality of the pulp.
The training is supported by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) as part of the "Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Communities through Livelihood Training and Entrepreneurship Support" project.
