Workshop on Coffee Production, Processing, and Quality Control
A three-day workshop on Coffee Production, Processing, and Quality Control took place from November 20 to 22, 2024, in Chapagaun, Lalitpur. The workshop aimed to enhance participants' knowledge of quality control practices across the entire coffee bean production cycle. By equipping attendees with the skills to identify and address defects early in the process, the training is expected to result in more consistent and high-quality coffee beans.
This initiative is supported by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) as part of the "Economic Empowerment of Marginalized Communities through Livelihood Training and Entrepreneurship Support" project.
